Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HAMA, the operator of RechSign, handles information in its digital-signage website, dashboard, and display-player applications, including the Samsung Tizen player.

Who is responsible

HAMA operates RechSign. For privacy questions or requests, email support@rechsign.com or call +966 50 034 8404. Our business address is East Riyadh, Riyadh 11211, Saudi Arabia.

Information we process

Account and business information may include a name, work email, phone number, company, role, and support messages. A connected display may send a pairing code, device identifier or serial number, model, software version, IP address, network and health diagnostics, error logs, playback events, and proof-of-play records. Administrators may upload media and request a screen capture; a capture can contain whatever was visible on that display. Billing may involve invoice and payment-status information; card details are handled by the payment provider, not entered into the display player.

Why we use it

We use these details to pair and operate displays, deliver and cache authorized content, manage schedules and licenses, diagnose failures, provide support, secure the service, issue invoices, and document playback. The applicable basis depends on the activity and law: performing our agreement, complying with legal duties, our legitimate operational and security interests where permitted, or consent where required.

Who can access it

Authorized customer users can access information about their own displays according to their roles. We use infrastructure, storage, email, and payment-service providers to operate RechSign. We disclose information to those providers as needed for their services or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. A customer's own media and screen captures can contain personal information for which that customer is responsible when deciding what to display or capture.

Storage, transfers, and retention

Information may be processed in Saudi Arabia or in other countries where our infrastructure and service providers operate. We apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for applicable cross-border transfers. We retain information while it is needed to operate the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect security; then we delete or anonymize it according to the relevant retention process. Media cached on a player may remain locally available during an internet outage until replaced or removed. Contact us for information about a specific record's retention period.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Send requests to support@rechsign.com. Customer administrators should first contact their organization about information the organization controls.

Security and changes

We use access controls and other technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change; the current version and its date will be posted here.
