Setup steps

Identify model and firmware
Record the model and webOS Signage version. SI Server and URL Launcher settings differ across models.

Open player settings
Use the commercial display's SI Server or URL Launcher setting documented for your model. Save existing service settings before changing them.

Enter the URL
Enter the approved Rechsign URL in the launch option your display supports.

Reboot and verify
Save settings, reboot and confirm that Rechsign opens with a pairing code. A URL saved in settings is not proof of successful startup.

Pair and field-test
In panel.rechsign.com, open Screens and enter the code. Test images, video and a full playlist loop, then network loss and reboot.

Black screen or no pairing code

Check network access, URL reachability and device time. Send the model, firmware and error screen to support.

Playback stops offline

Verify that media caching completed and test the actual player path on the same display before relying on offline behavior.

Does this work on every LG TV?

No. This guide is for compatible LG commercial webOS Signage displays. Consumer TVs and older firmware need separate validation.

Does playback always survive an internet outage?

No blanket guarantee. Cached media and the installed player path must be tested on the target display before relying on offline operation.

Can every display accept remote reboot or input commands?

No. Available controls depend on model, firmware and the manufacturer's supported APIs.
